Every photographer has a profile with their portfolio and the services they offer, and every completed session is rated by the traveler. Look through both before you book.

Payments are processed by Stripe inside the app. Don’t pay a photographer outside TravelPic: sessions arranged off the platform go against our Terms of Service and we can’t help you if something goes wrong with them.

• Choose a public meeting point that is easy to find.
• Tell someone you trust where you'll be and when.
• If something doesn't feel right, leave and let us know.

If something goes wrong before, during or after a session, write to fermin.lasarte@icloud.com. TravelPic can hold the payment to the photographer while we look into it, and can suspend accounts that break our Terms.
