Terms of Service

TravelPic is a marketplace operated by FC CREATORS LLC ("TravelPic", "we", "us"), headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The TravelPic app and website (the "Service") connect travelers with independent local photographers ("Photographers") who offer professional photo sessions.

TravelPic provides the platform that enables these connections. Photographers are independent professionals, not employees or agents of TravelPic.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and book sessions.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

• When you book a session, you enter into an agreement directly with the Photographer for the photography services.
• Prices, session duration, and deliverables are shown before you confirm a booking.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. TravelPic may charge a service fee, which is disclosed at checkout.
• Photographers receive payment according to the payout terms agreed with TravelPic.

Cancellation windows and refund amounts are shown at the time of booking and may vary by Photographer. In general, cancellations made well in advance receive a full refund, while late cancellations may be partially refunded or non-refundable. If a Photographer cancels, you receive a full refund. Weather-related rescheduling is handled case by case through support.

• Unless otherwise agreed in the booking, travelers receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered photos.
• Photographers retain the rights they hold under applicable law in their works, subject to the license granted to the traveler.
• You grant TravelPic a limited license to host, store, and display content you upload solely to operate the Service.
• TravelPic, its logo, and the app design are our property and may not be used without permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Circumvent the platform to book or pay Photographers off-platform for sessions initiated through TravelPic.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service, or access it by automated means without our permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we verify Photographer profiles, TravelPic does not guarantee the outcome or quality of any photo session and is not a party to the agreement between travelers and Photographers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelPic and FC CREATORS LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to TravelPic in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TravelPic and FC CREATORS LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
